Join a cohort of school leaders developing a transformative, evidence-based coaching practice anchored in what works for the students who need it most.
Effective special education and EL teachers must master distinct, highly-specialized skillsets, disseminate effective practices among colleagues, coordinate practitioner teams, and develop and maintain high-trust, high-stakes relationships with families and students.
They deserve a coach who understands their work and creates the conditions for their success.
Coaching Collaborative will meet for six full days of in-person professional learning to develop core competencies, engage in strategic planning, and build a network of role-alike professionals.
Each coach will develop a 1:1 support schedule with a DLC mentor, aligned with the coach’s year-long strategic plan. Support may include collaborative planning, observation and feedback, and technical assistance, and may utilize virtual, in-person, asynchronous, or synchronous methods designed to support progress.
The cost for a year of participation is $3,500 per Coach.
This is inclusive of:
Individualized leadership coaching to drive each participant’s context-specific theory of action
8 school-site hours
35+ hours of cohort-based professional learning
Breakfast and lunch at every session
Lifetime access to resource exchange
